What people have said..."I'd been a member of weight loss classes on and off for about 12 years with not much success, so my sister suggested that I try a Personal Trainer instead. I was very nervous about going to my first session with Calum and very nearly cancelled... I'm so glad that I didn't. Calum's positive approach didn't make me feel bad at all about my total lack of fitness and his enthusiasm and motivational way of training had me looking forward to my next session. Since beginning training with Calum in August I have lost 4 stone in weight and I can't believe how much my general health has improved. No two sessions have been the same, and each one has been tailored to push me that bit further but never to a degree that I can't manage. The wide variety of activities keep each session interesting and its been fun learning new things. I used to hate jogging and at the start couldn't even manage 5 minutes, today I actually really enjoy it- I never would have thought I'd be saying that!
