Calum Hill  CKT  Calum is the IKFF Certified Kettlebell Trainer responsible for Glasgow's freshest personal training experience.  Having graduated from Glasgow University in 2007 with Honours in Physiology and Sports Science, Calum is able to tailor the latest scientificly proven training methods to each of his clients' needs.

Calum is the IKFF (International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation) Certified Kettlebell Trainer responsible for Glasgow's freshest personal training experience. Having graduated from Glasgow University in 2007 with Honours in Physiology and Sports Science, Calum is able to tailor the latest scientifically proven training methods to each of his clients' needs. 




 

Why Kettlebells?  Simple.  They work.  Kettlebells are the perfect training tool for developing complete mind and body fitness and the IKFF team have left no stone unturned in creating the guidance for flawless coaching of kettlebell technique.  This repertoire has been passed on to a lucky few throughout the UK and Calum is determined to pass this knowledge on to many more in Glasgow.  With Kettlebell training sessions you can expect to greatly improve your cardiovascular fitness, burn endless calories, develop essential postural strength and flexibility and build dynamic stregth and power.  In addition to achieving your goals and doing so quickly, kettlebell training will keep you interested and motivated in your training due to its great diversity and its ability to deliver hugely effective workouts in short spaces of time. You will learn to move your body again and correct the damage that everyday life and out of date fitness programmes have caused, but you will do this while you are working out.  If you go down to your local gym you'll probably find a lot of people trudging on with the same old monotonous training programmes.  A vast percentage of the fitness industry is stuck in the past.  Leave them to it.  Calum's ambition is to provide the stimulus for you to acheive your goals and he succeeds in this by drawing on his experiences from the latest cutting edge training methods and adapting these to suit your needs. Other Methods

Cardiovascular: Jogging, Walking, Running, Boxing, Skipping

Toning: Floor Circuits, Core Exercises, Pilates, Flexibility.

Resistance Training: Body Weight, Dumbells, Resistance Bands and Circuits.    

Where Can We Train?

The training can take place wherever is convenient for you.  Calum can travel to your doorstep and train you in your garden,  a nearby park or somewhere near your workplace. Calum also has access to a studio in Glasgow's West End which is ideal for training when the Scottish weather has its way!

Is This Right For Me?

Calum has yet to meet someone who is unable to complete one of his training sessions and has never failed in challenging a client.  There is a style and method of exercise suitable for absolutely everyone and Calum prides himself on being able to design the perfect programme tailored exactly to the specific needs of each of his clients.  So yes, this is right for you!

One to one training sessions are available for £30.00 per 1 hour session.  Blocks of 10 are available for £270.
